I just finished Thinking Like a Prairie by Maurice Telleen. It’s a book of three essays by a former editor of The Draft Horse Journal with a foreword by Wendell Berry. It’s a hardcover book with handmade paper, and a reader can feel the words rising from the page. Hand drawings of prairie plants accompany the text. It was printed by Press on Scroll Road in Carrollton, Ohio.
